Product photographs and descriptions help you select a piece. Handmade products may have small differences in colour, finish and dimensions. Availability, price, delivery charges and payment method must be confirmed directly before an order is accepted.
Return & refund policy
Contact us within three days if a wrong product was delivered or it arrived damaged. Keep the product unused and in its original packaging. Send photographs on WhatsApp so the issue can be reviewed.
Shipping policy
Orders are normally prepared within two to four business days after confirmation. Delivery time and charges depend on the destination, product size and courier availability and will be confirmed before the order.
