Product searches
When you submit a search, we record the search term and time to understand product interest. Do not type names, phone numbers or personal information into the search box. Search records do not identify you by name or phone number.
A daily-changing technical identifier derived from the network address limits repeated submissions. The raw address is not stored in our search database. Search records older than 30 days are removed as new searches are processed. Hosting services may maintain their own operational logs.
WhatsApp enquiries
The enquiry button opens WhatsApp. A message is not sent until you press Send. Information you send is processed by WhatsApp and used by Kondapalli Bomma to respond. We cannot read your WhatsApp conversations through this website.
Ordering
When you select Submit order, we save your name, mobile number, delivery address, product selection, quantities, product prices and order reference. Your name and mobile number are used to contact you about the order and are included in the administrative WhatsApp alert to our team. If you choose WhatsApp confirmation at checkout, your name, mobile number, order reference, products and total are sent through Twilio and WhatsApp to your saved mobile number. We record this choice with the order. This choice is only for that order confirmation, not promotional messages. Confirm availability, delivery charges and applicable return terms directly with us before placing an order.
Customer accounts
To submit an order, create an account or sign in and complete your profile. When you create an account, we store your name, email address, saved mobile number, delivery address and a salted password hash. Sign-in uses a secure session cookie. Orders submitted while signed in are linked to your account so you can view status, payment and tracking links. Save the recovery code shown at registration; it can be used to reset your password. Earlier guest orders are not automatically linked by email or mobile number. If you request account recovery help, we save the request and account email for our team to review. You can send the request through WhatsApp or email. After ownership verification, a temporary reset code may be issued; it expires in 30 minutes and works once.
Promotion measurement
Campaign labels from promotional links may be saved with your order to help us understand which promotions generate requests. Do not put personal information in campaign links. Optional Google advertising measurement is enabled only after you choose Allow in the measurement preference panel. It may use cookies and send page and order-request events to Google. An order request is unpaid and is not recorded as a completed purchase. You can change your preference using Advertising preferences in the footer.
